The User, by filling in the contact form with his own data, consents to their use to respond to requests for information, quotations, or any other nature indicated by the form header. Personal Data collected: surname, email and address.

This type of service allows Delfer to manage a database of email contacts, telephone contacts or contacts of any other type, used to communicate with the User. These services could also allow Delfer to collect data relating to the date and time of display of the messages by the User, as well as to the User's interaction with them, such as information on clicks on the links inserted in the messages.

Hosting and backend infrastructure
This type of service has the function of hosting Data and files that allow to function, allow its distribution and provide an infrastructure ready for use to deliver specific functionalities of Some of these services work through geographically dispersed servers in different locations, making it difficult to determine the exact location where Personal Data are stored.

Traffic optimization and distribution
This type of service allows to distribute its contents through servers located throughout the territory and to optimize its performance. The Personal Data processed depend on the characteristics and implementation methods of these services, which by their nature filter communications between and the User's browser. Given the distributed nature of this system, it is difficult to determine the places where the contents are transferred, which may contain User Personal Data.

CloudFlare (Cloudflare)
CloudFlare is a traffic optimization and distribution service provided by CloudFlare Inc. The CloudFlare integration methods require this to filter all traffic, ie communications between and the User's browser, also allowing the collection of statistical data on it.

Data Transfer outside the EU
The Data Controller may transfer the Personal Data collected within the EU to third countries (that is, all non-EU countries) only in accordance with a specific legal basis. Therefore, these transfers of data are performed according to one of the legal bases described below. The User may request information from the Data Controller regarding the applicable legal basis concretely applicable to each individual service.

Transfer of Data from the EU and/or from Switzerland to the United States based on the Privacy Shield (
When this is the legal basis, the transfer of Personal Data from the EU or Switzerland to the United States is based on the Privacy Shield agreement EU - USA or Switzerland - USA. In particular, the Personal Data are transferred to subjects that have self-certified in the framework of the Privacy Shield and therefore guarantee an adequate level of protection of the Data transferred. User Rights

Users can exercise certain rights with reference to the Data processed by the Owner.
In particular, the User has the right to:

  • withdraw consent at any time. The User can revoke the consent to the processing of his Personal Data previously expressed.
