PENTADEX 66

This is a new generation face cutter, mounting positive inserts with 5 cutting edges. The range includes diameters 66, 80 and 100. The particular cutting corners geometry allows a depth of cut until 10 mm, with very low power absorption. Thanks to the scraping plane of the insert it's possible to obtaine a great finishing on the workingpiece with specular surface.
PENTADEX 66 is suggested also in face milling operations on surfaces with interrupted cut and on electrowelded.
The inserts are fixed in their seat with a central screw and a bracket on the top, and this guarantees the insert maximum stability with all the advantages above listed.

JET MILL

JET MILL is used for roughing operations on dies and moulds. The triangular inserts, with radius sides, are fixed with both a screw and a clamp to guarantee perfect seating. This particular arrangement reduces vibration and increases insert life. All JET MILL cutters have through coolant to assist with chip evacuation and coolant delivery.
The new JET MILL cutter range consists of:
cutters 25/32 mm diameter with cylindrical shanks
cutters 42/52/66/80 mm. diameter shell type.
