JET VBF

The new JET VBF cutters are designed for both emptying and mould copying operations and allow drilling and milling work. The cutting geometry permits high feed rates in even the most difficult materials to machine.
Cutting insert clamping is highly accurate and rigid. The bottom of the insert is not flat as usual but with the “V”, and this guarantees a perfect locking and a great precision increasing the insert’s life. This system totally cancels the possibility of “radial movement” of the insert during the machining. Moreover the feed rate can increase until 30%.
JET VBF cutters can penetrate in a solid workpiece both in ramping and in plunge operations.
The new JET VBF cutter range consists of diameters 12, 16, 20, normal and long series.
